    In the references 1st and 2nd read above, Government of India issued orders
    for fixing the seniority and year of allotment of IAS Officers who were appointed by
    promotion from State Civil Service for the Select List year, 2009-A, 2010 and 2011,
    by assigning the year of allotment as 2006 and 2007. Accordingly, in the references
    4th and 5th read above, these IAS officers were promoted to the Junior
    Administrative Grade Scale of IAS (Rs.15,600-39,100 – Grade Pay Rs.7,600) along
    with 2006 and 2007 IAS Batch mates w.e.f. 01.01.2015 and 01.01.2016 respectively.

    2. In the reference 6th read above, the Government of India have modified the
    seniority and year of allotment to IAS Officers who were appointed by promotion
    from State Civil Service for the Select List year, 2009-A, 2010 and 2011 and assigned
    the year of allotment as 2005 and 2006 respectively. The Government of India’s
    orders were re-published in AP Gazette, vide reference 7th read above.

    3. In the above circumstances, Government, hereby modified the date of


    promotion to Junior Administrative Grade Scale of IAS (Rs.15,600-39,100 – Grade
    Pay Rs.7,600)(Pre-revised Scales) in respect of the following IAS officers on par with
    their batch mates w.e.f. dates indicated below:
