you will be placed in a class corresponding to your level.

At the end of your stay, you receive an Alpadia language certificate

most out of your stay with us. We provide multisport and cultural daytime activities and entertaining
evenings, giving you every opportunity to have fun, to practise the learned language and to

teachers but also became friends. It was great to visit Paris; I went to many museums, which I very much enjoyed.

It is certainly easier to communicate, to exchange and to discover the culture around you when you feel at home. In a pleasant
and welcoming environment, you will be able to take full advantage of your language study stay. We have selected various
accommodation options designed around the requirements of young students. Depending on the selected summer camp,
students can stay in a residence or with a homestay. Whichever option you choose, you will be in an ideal situation to practise
the language you are studying daily.
Alpadia residences
Live with young people of all nationalities, discover various points of view and
make new friends. Residence accommodation allows you to have a very enriching
experience of community and international life. Depending on the destination,
students are accommodated in bedrooms with 1 to 4 beds alongside other
Alpadia students. The language classes, the majority of meals as well as some
of the activities take place within, or in the immediate surroundings of, the
Alpadia campuses (residence and course centre). On request and depending on
availability, students may be accommodated with a friend.
Alpadia host families

The conviviality of a family environment, daily practice of the local language
and the discovery of a new culture are some of the numerous advantages that
homestay accommodation offers. You stay in a single or twin room and share the
common rooms with the members of the family. You eat breakfast and the evening
meal with the family and lunch in the cafeteria of the course centre. On request
and depending on availability, our students may be accommodated with a friend.

Safety is our highest priority
We work hard to create the perfect environment for a language study stay. The supervision of our students is effective and
discreet, adapted to the age group and the type of accommodation booked. In this way, each student gets the maximum possible
benefit from their stay in complete safety. From the first day to the last, Alpadia team members are present and available to give
the assistance requested by each student and to ensure their safety. At our residences, students are monitored 24 hours a day.

We are a leading Swiss language education group based in

Montreux, Switzerland.
Alpadia Language Schools by Kaplan International Languages offers year-
round French and German courses in Switzerland, Germany and France for
students 16+ and English, French and German language courses for juniors
and teens in Switzerland, Germany, France and United Kingdom. Initially
established in 1996, and now larger than ever, our mission is to encourage
language development through immersion, to expand the horizons of our
students and to inspire their future.
