    State the Vision, Mission, and Values of Cavite State University and the Department of
    Medical Technology.

    The Vision, Mission and Values of the Department of Medical Technology is the same as the
    Vision, Mission, and Values of Cavite State University.

    Vision
    The premier university in historic Cavite globally recognized for excellence in character
    development, academics, research, innovation and sustainable community engagement.

    Mission
    Cavite State University shall provide excellent, equitable and relevant educational opportunities
    in the arts, sciences and technology through quality instruction and responsive research and
    development activities. It shall produce professional, skilled and morally upright individuals for
    global competitiveness.

    Truth
    Excellence
    Service

    2. Differentiate Vision and Mission Statements.


    Cavite State University's Vision Statement inspires and motivates by painting a picture of a
    desirable future, with the goal of being globally recognized for its exceptional contributions to
    developing well-rounded individuals, advancing knowledge, fostering innovation, and actively
    participating in sustainable community initiatives. This goal exemplifies the university's
    dedication to academic excellence and social impact.
    In contrast, the Mission Statement is more precise and action-oriented, stating the institution's
    commitment to offer high-quality, accessible, and relevant education through excellent teaching
    and proactive research and development. The mission focuses on the development of skilled,
    ethical professionals capable of global competitiveness.
    3. Is the Vision Statement of your Institution achievable and realistic?
    The Vision Statement of my institution is both achievable and realistic, as Cavite State
    University continually implements programs that ensure high-quality education in academics,
    research, and innovation. Beyond academic excellence, the university is dedicated to fostering
    the character development of its students and initiating innovative and productive actions that
    positively impact the community. This dedication is clearly demonstrated by the Department of
    Medical Technology at CvSU, which consistently achieves outstanding results in the MTLE
    board examination.
    4. Does the Mission Statement of your Institution say communicates what makes you
    different? Why?
    Yes, Cavite State University's mission statement explains what makes me unique. It highlights a
    dedication to diversity and relevance in education by highlighting the provision of good,
    equitable, and relevant educational opportunities across diverse sectors through quality
    instruction and responsive research and development. Also, the university stands out as an
    institution committed to both academic excellence and the holistic development of its students,
    making sure they are well-suited to thrive in a global setting, by emphasizing the production of
    professional, skilled, and morally upright individuals ready for global competitiveness.
    5. What are the core values of your Institution? How will you carry the traits emanating
    from these values?
    As a medical technology student, I uphold the core values of my institution: truth, excellence,
    and service. I demonstrate truth by being honest in my communications, acknowledging
    mistakes promptly, and maintaining academic integrity by avoiding cheating and dishonesty. I
    pursue excellence through dedication, discipline, and continuous self-improvement, always
    aiming to excel in my work, reflecting on my progress, and seeking constructive feedback to
    refine my skills and knowledge. Lastly, I embody service by showing empathy and prioritizing
    the well-being of my future patients, committing to serving underserved populations through
    outreach programs and dedicating my profession to meet the needs of the community.
