    WAIVER OF RIGHTS

    I RONNIE NAAG, of legal age Filipino and a resident of Block 5 Lot 14, Mahinay St. Lovewin
    Community, UPS Brgy. San Isidro Paranaque. After having duly sworn to in accordance with the law
    hereby depose and state;

    1. That I am the owner of a certain House and Lot with an area of 20 sqr metres more or less at
    Block 5 Lot 14, Mahinay St. Lovewin Community, UPS Brgy San Isidro Paranaque.

    2. That by the reason of our love and affection to my Brother ALBERT NAAG married to GINA
    NAAG a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Jordan, Guimaras. I hereby waive my rights, ownership and
    interest over the said property in favor to my brother ALBERT NAAG;

    3. That I am executing this waiver of rights free from duress, force or intimidation;
