In my role as the Single-Threaded Leader (STL) for Fintech ATS at Amazon,
I oversaw teams in software, data engineering, program, and product
management. Our focus was on developing software products to automate
manual processes and improve controllership in Amazon's Accounting teams.
As a leader of leaders, I managed six geographically distributed teams based
in Seattle, New Jersey, and Delhi, which handled petabytes of data and billions

at Amazon, I led global teams in software engineering, product management,
program management, and data engineering to develop technical solutions
using big data and AWS services. I founded, led, and grew my teams from
scratch, creating the vision for data and engineering infrastructure to support
Amazon's Operations Finance teams worldwide. During my tenure, my
team spearheaded the development of Otto, an intelligent business process
automation and data analytics platform that automated journal entries
and provided controllership over Amazon's entire financial statements.
Additionally, I led the execution of Galaxy, Amazon's Data Platform for
worldwide operations, which automated billions of transactions and covered
Amazon's operations costs of $100B. We also implemented data automation
tools across 243+ Amazon Fulfillment centers, resulting in annual savings of
~500K hours.

At Delivery Experience, I led program/tech teams to launch several high-speed


and convenience delivery programs on Amazon.com. We collaborated with
various Amazon organizations worldwide to enhance customer experience on
the e-commerce website using a wide range of technologies.

I oversaw the engineering/program management group for Global Financial


Systems (GFS) technology, which was responsible for managing large-scale

AWS, Kindle devices, and the Appstore. Additionally, I managed mission-

During my tenure, I achieved several notable accomplishments, including the
