Registration is available if you are a retailer or other merchant engaged in the retail trade or are a commercial, industrial institutional user of the goods you purchase. If you are not purchasing as a retailer or other merchant, your purchases are required to be in bulk quantities. On registration you will be issued with a card which is to be produced each time you purchase or quoted each time you order. The applicant is responsible for all purchases made with the card. Campbells is not permitted to sell its goods and services direct to the public, professionals or to employees of applicants for their own use. You are required to observe Campbells directions when visiting a branch. These directions are for your own safety and for the convenience of other customers. Campbells reserve the right to inspect any bags or containers. Liquor can only be purchased by the holder of a current liquor licence. Purchases of Tobacco products made to persons under the age of 18 is a criminal offence. Proof of age maybe requested. Risk in any goods purchased passes to you on delivery. If you are a club or other association, you may purchase for use or resale by the club or association, and not for the Personal use of the member. Campbells may change these conditions at anytime and will endeavour to advise of any material changes. You must advise Campbells of any material change in Registration details. Registration is not transferable and will be cancelled on closure, or sale of business or other operations or insolvency/Bankruptcy, non-use, or non-compliance of the above conditions. Campbells may cancel this registration at anytime without notice.
Definition of Persons Eligible to Purchase from Campbells Cash & Carry

Campbells Cash & Carry is a fast moving consumer goods wholesaler engaged in the warehousing and distribution of consumer goods through delivery and/or cash and carry sales. Purchases of these goods must be holders of an ABN and exclude ordinary members of the public. Campbells holds consent to conduct sales as follows:Wholesale sales in any quantities to retailers, other merchants, industrial users, institutional users and commercial users (including trade customers and professional people purchasing for commercial use).

If you consider it relevant to assessing this application and providing credit, I/we agree to you obtaining from a credit reporting Agency a credit report containing personal information about me/us in relation to commercial credit which maybe provided by you to me/us. I/We agree that you may give to and seek from any credit providers named in any credit report issued by a credit reporting agency or in this application information can include can include any information regarding my/our credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history, or credit capacity that credit providers are allowed to give or to receive from other credit providers under the Privacy Act. I/We authorise and permit you to make independent enquiries of third parties concerning my/our financial standing and for this purpose authorise and permit such third parties to supply such information regardless of any confidentiality of privilege which applies to the information sought.

Reference to I,Me,We or Us in this part of the Application refers to the directors of the Applicant whose signatures appear below. To: Campbells Cash & Carry Pty Limited ABN 57 000 226 399. In consideration of you agreeing to vary your usual terms of Trading requiring payment by cash or bank cheque to the Applicant whose name appears on the form of application on this guarantee, I/We a) Unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee to you all payments by the applicant of all moneys including interest which May from time to time be payable to the customer to you on any account whatsoever, including for goods sold and Delivered or legal costs and expenses in the due date for payment. b) As a separate and independent obligation I/We indemnify you for any loss of damage whatsoever suffered or incurred by arising from all moneys owing by the Applicant as above and any default by me/us under this guarantee. c) This guarantee and indemnity shall be: i. Continuing until you have paid in full all amounts due by the Applicant; ii. Not affected by anytime or other indulgence granted by you and amendment of variation of the agreement between you; and the Applicant (which can be made with or without consent from me/us); iii. A principal obligation and be enforceable without any prior demand on the Applicant or me/us: i v. Is enforceable in full notwithstanding the insolvency of the Applicant of my/our death or bankruptcy; v. Where given by more than one of us, binding on us jointly and severally; vi. Enforceable against the signatories notwithstanding that all or any of the guarantors or indemnifies may not have signed this guarantee as contemplated;
