JSW Severfield Steel [except Rolling Shutters] Structures Ltd., to establish Unit for manufacture of Fabricated Structural Products of Iron and at 65 acres of land to be taken on lease from M/s. JSW Steels Ltd., in Torangallu Village, Sandur Taluk, Bellary District, with an investment of Rs.234 crores, Generating employment to about 500 persons. and extend the following infrastructure facilities, incentives and concessions. ..2

INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES: Land: The Committee resolved to permit the Company to establish the unit in 65 acres of land to be taken on lease from M/s.JSW Steels Ltd., at Torangallu Village, Sandur Taluk, Bellary District. 31.08.2009 the proposal of Company has been approved. Government has examined the recommendations made by the State High Level Clearance Committee in the 19th Meeting aspects. Hence the following order. GOVERNMENT ORDER NO: CI 267 SPI 2009, BANGALORE DATE: 29.10.2009 In the circumstances explained above, Government is pleased to accord approval for the project proposal M/s J.K.Tyre & Industries Limited, to establish for manufacture of Off the Road [OTR] Tyres at Belagola Industrial Area, KRS Road, Mysore District, Rs.130 crores, Generating employment to about 219 persons. INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES: Land: The Committee resolved to permit the Company to establish the project in 9 acres of existing land at Plot No.85, Belagola Industrial Area, KRS Road, Mysore. water harvesting and waste water recycling. Incentives and Concessions: As applicable under New Industrial Policy 2009-14 of the State. Environment: The promoters to obtain environmental clearance from MOEF, GOI. Employment: The Company shall prepare a plan for development of human resources required for the project, train local people and provide employment to these trained local youth and comply with Government policy of Employment to local people i.e. Dr. Sarojini Mahishi report. A copy of human resources development plan shall be sent to the Commissioner for I.D. & Director of Industries and Commerce for monitoring. Vendor Development: Where ever there is scope for vendor development for the project, the company shall prepare a vendor development plan develop local vendors and procure the required inputs, components and sub assemblies from these local vendor units. A copy of the vendor development plan shall be sent to the Commissioner for I.D. & Director of Industries and Commerce for monitoring. Social Infrastructure Development: The Company is advised to take up social infrastructure development projects in the vicinity of the proposed location of the unit. A copy of such projects shall be sent to the Commissioner for I.D. & Director of Industries and Commerce for monitoring. Others: 1. The promoters shall take all statutory and other necessary clearances including GOI and shall submit milestones/progress in implementation of the project regularly, which will be monitored by the Departments, concerned. This approval is valid for a period of two years from the date of issue.
