    id At the end of the semester, you would be charged 20 fills per page. The Xerox machine would keep a track of how many print outs have been taken by you. Please remember this should be kept a secret. If anybody knows your id they can take a print out using your account id and you would be charged we are not responsible for that. User ID: ga445131 Please follow the below steps for scanning and printing purpose. Printer Driver Installation Steps (Only From S P Jain Dubai Campus)

    For Vista/Windows 7 Users


    Copy the Folder Xerox Driver Vista & Windows7 32 bit to your desktop from the following place \\172.20.1.5\Transit\Xerox Driver Vista & Windows7 32 bit Note: If your computer is vista/windows 64 bit copy the Xerox Driver Vista & Windows7 64 bit folder If it ask authentication enter [email protected] no password Then open the Control Panel, Go to Printers then click on Add a Printer. Add a Local Printer, Click on Create a new port & select the Standard TCP/IP Port, Then Click Next Then Give the IP Address & Port name as 172.20.9.10 & click next Then click Have Disk & Browse Xerox Driver Vista & Windows7 32 bit Folder (copied folder) & open the XRWA55PS File & click OK then select Xerox Work Center Pro 245 PS & click next. Continue till Finish. Step 2, Start settings Printers and Faxes - Select XRX0000AA6ED6C9 PS (installed Printer) properties (printer properties) Configurations Accounting Select Xerox standard Accounting or Auditron select Use default accounting codes. After that enter your secret User Id: This ID is Applicable to Printing, Photostat and Scanning.

    Printer driver can download and install from the following place or \\172.20.1.5\Transit\Xerox

    If it ask authentication enter [email protected] no password Step 1, Double click on Install file Install driver Install print driver I Agree Select enter IP address if it is not auto detecting IP Address 172.20.9.10 Otherwise install , Continue Anyway finish. Step 2, Start settings Printers and Faxes - Select XRX0000AA6ED6C9 PS properties Configurations Accounting Select Xerox standard Accounting or Auditron select Use default Accounting codes. After that enter your secret User Id: This ID Applicable For Printing, Photostat and Scanning.

    Step 1, Enter the user ID Step 2, Press User Pathways(on touch screen) Step 3, Press EMAIL - Press TO - enter your email id - Keep the documents on the Feeder which you want to scan A3 or A4 size sheet (If it two side page go to options and select 2 side) Step 4, Go To Advanced settings select Quality / File Size select Normal Save ok Step 5, Press Green Button on the Keypad Once you finish scanning please logout (Press key button on the keypad ---- logout (touch screen))
