    Terms & Conditions a. b. c. d. e. f. Acceptance of applications is subject to approval by DHA. DHA may accept or reject any application without assigning any reason for all categories. The allotted plot is liable to be cancelled at any stage in case of submission of forged documents or if information given in application form is found to be false. DHA Lahore reserves the right to cancel any allotment at any time without any reason. Successful applicants will be required to become members of DHA Lahore by payment of prescribed membership fee for each allotted plot. The applicant shall faithfully comply with all relevant bye laws and regulations of allotment / purchase of immovable property in DHA. An applicant can apply for more than one plot in each category subject to payment of processing fee and down payment for each plot separately. Pay order / Demand draft will be deposited in favour of DHA Lahore Ballot with any branch of specified banks throughout the country.

    18. Application forms are available free of cost after 5th Jul 2011 at selected branches of Habib Bank Limited, Askari Bank Limited and DHA Office. 19. Last date for receipt of applications through branches of prescribed banks and DHA Head Office (by hand or through courier) is 20 July 2011. 20. Processing fee is non refundable. In addition, successful members would be required to pay registration / membership fee equal to Rs. 22,830.Processing fee is non refundable. 21. Corner Plots and Excess Area charges will be processed later as per DHA Bye Laws.

    22. Overseas Pakistanis shall send their down payment converted in to US$ @Rs. 85.50 /US$ through Demand Draft.
