    Teaching and Learning Activities/ Procedures/ Scripts Teacher Pupils Teacher asks students to give an example of animals that they know. Teacher divides pupils into 3 groups and each group represents for one type of animal. Teacher want pupils to make animals sound. Teacher ask pupils either they had been go to zoo or not. What kind of animal they had seen? Teacher plays the sound of animals, and ask students to guess the type of the animals. Teacher explain the topic they will learn today. Pupils follow the teachers instruction.

    Basics need of animal: Animal need food, water, air and shelter to stay alive.

    Script: Teacher ask student: Where you put your pets? At night, where your pets sleep?

    Restructuring ideas (30 minutes)

    Animals need: Food and water to help them grow and healthy. Air to breath Shelter to protect themselves from danger, sun and rain.

    Teacher brings 3 types/colour of candies. Ask each student to pick up the candy. Divide students based on the colour of candy they had picked up. Teachers give different worksheet/habitat model to each group and ask them to discuss what that animal need to alive. After that, a student from each group present their outcomes in front of the class. Scripts:

    Pupils are divided to 3 groups. Pupils make a discussion in group and present the result to the class.

    group based on the colour of your candy and I want you to make a discussion according to the worksheet had been given to you.

Teacher asks these questions: Scripts Can you tell me, why animals cannot put in an airtight or covered container? What will happen if you put earthworm on dry surface? Why? Which group get the animal which live in water and which group get the animal which do not live in the water. Those group whose get animals which live in water put your animal outside the container. Those group whose get the animal which do not live in water put your animal in the water. Record your observation to be presented in front the class.

    Conclusion

    Before and of the class, teacher play a song title: My little needs song Teacher gives a worksheet to be done at home as students homework.
