INTRODUCTION
Kenzotange was born September 1913,was a
japanese architect and a winner of the 1987
Pritzker Prize for architecture. He was one of the
most significant architects of 20th century,
combining traditional Japanese styles with
modernism and designed major buildings on five
continents. Influenced from an early age by Swiss
modernist, Le Corbusier, Tange gained international
recognition in 1949 when he won the competition
for design Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.
There is a powerful need for symbolism, and
that means the architecture must have
something that appeals to the human heart.
