- is a planned and organized determination of facts
about a specific event, occurrence or a condition for a
specific purpose.

TRUTH
Security Investigation
is the process of determining the circumstance and
the essential elements of an unusual event that has caused
harm, loss or damage to person or properties.

the incident or unsafe condition
