BRANDING PHILOSOPHY
The guiding philosophy behind the Weekend Carnival is that all participating brands will share
the same set of obligations & privileges.
1. There is no Principal sponsor & there are no associate sponsors. All brands in unity form the
basis of Weekend Carnival . All brands will enjoy equal rights under the umbrella Weekend
Carnival oragnised by the BMC for the residents of Mira-Bhaynder
2. All brands will get equal branding space in all the retail elements. Space will be calculated
as area of the brand logo unit (Of each participating Brand).
3. All brands will get more or less equal display area in the premises. This space will be a
function of the total space offered by the RWA for the event.
4. Individual brands cannot communicate singularly in the RWA premises. Branding will be
communicated through the agreed retail & branding elements as detailed in the subsequent
slides.
5. Individual brands can choose to have additional retail elements in their display area only.
6. However, individual brands can additionally tie up with RWA authorities for other
permanent branding spaces available in the society as per the society payment terms
e.g RWA glow sign board , park branding.

• Every partnering brand will have a stall space ( All stalls can be of different shape).
•The No of stall will be equal to the no of partnering brands.
• The whole set-up will have a stage which will be the center-stage of the entire event.
The stage will be approximately ( 10ft & 15ft) with a stage back drop to match
•The stall can be a low cost option that enables free flow of movement & is easy
to set-up and transport.
•Every partnering brand will have to create their own stall design.
• The agency managing the event will be responsible for the stall & stage set-
up for every RWA.

A.M Door Hangouts will be placed in every flat of the chosen society.
8.00A.M Supervisor would visit the society & inform the secretary about the installation of the pre
event properties.
8-9.00 Invitation & Posters will be displayed in the society’s prominent areas.
11.00 Entrance Arch gates, standees & all the visibility elements will be installed to create a pre
AM hype.
9.00 PM All the basic materials required for the event will be conveyed to the society .

AM Installation of the kit/ stall for participating brands.

Final briefing to the emcee , promoters & team . Final testing of the entire set up (Sound, Lights

The event begins, emcee starts with the announcement about the “Weekend Carnival”.

PM Bicycle race for kids, promoters start interacting with their TG.

PM Tam Bola for the entire family in the mean time emcee keeps on announcing about the new
offers by various brands.
7- 8.00 Promoters in the respective stall keeps on engaging with their core TG & educating them about
PM the new launches, offers
Emcee needs to announce the USP given by each client & mention BMC frequently
Emcee has to roam around in the activity area and try to get people and engage them in the
activities and also guide them to the stalls
At 8, a reminder announcement saying only 1 hour left for “The Weekend Carnival” to end.
So come on people join in. Don’t miss it or else will regret later!!

Emcee’s core job is to pull the crowd at “The Weekend Carnival” and keep the
excitement on all through the activity.
