Background
This food business received attention from the developer who developed
the food business, Mr. Arif Susanto in the home industry in the form of
peasants and Mr. Moh. Tobiin in a restaurant in the form of a seafood
stall.

This food business requires large capital in the long run. Therefore,
proper planning is needed and pay attention to better and more accurate
budget planning. Many factors influence housing consumers in deciding
to buy food. The way that entrepreneurs use to find out the level
customer satisfaction and to recognize the needs and desires of
consumers with conduct measurement analysis activities on the
satisfaction level of the product produced by entrepreneurs.
Background
Based on the above considerations, in this study wanted to conduct
Feasibility Analysis Investment in Rempeyek Business and Seafood Food
Store. This study includes budget planning for Rempeyek Business and
Seafood Food Store and in terms of feasibility economic and financial.

In successful business feasibility study of projects is a critical factor.


Sometimes we noticed that a number of projects be unsuccessful because
of their 4 incorrect facts or incorrect assumptions. Therefore, the basic
features in any feasibility study must be ensuring that we are working with
accurate information, exact statement, and the latest financial records.
Questions
1. How much is the budget for rempeyek and seafood
businesses?

2. Does the rempeyek and seafood business fulfill the


feasibility requirements if viewed from an economic
and financial perspective?

3. How long does it take for the business capital of the


rempeyek and seafood to return?

eds of the second month = Rp. 59620861.52 so that the
time taken in the second month is:

(36,801,886.79 / 59620861.52) x 1 month = 18 days


Thus, the investment will be return about a month

Conclusion

Based on calculations using the IRR method, it can be c


oncluded that the seafood stall is declared feasible and
the investment will return within 1 month 18 days. And
based on calculations using the IRR method, it can be
concluded that the Home Industry "Rempeyek" is
declared feasible and the investment will return within
1 month 7 days.
