This document serves as a binding contract between Mrs. Karyl Yuzon head of costa
del sol management affairs and Mr. Hans Richard M Rabillas hereafter known as
the event manager of HaniliesCakeshoppe and Events services. referred to as HOST.
The Host desires to engage the services of the Planner for theLiza Reyes 18th Birthday
event on April 18, 2018 atCosta Del Sol. Both parties agree to abide by the following
conditions:

1. The Event will be as follows: Liza Reyes Debut


2. The Planner will be in charge of the following aspects of the event:
•Decoration
•Utilities and Waste Management
•Security
•Catering
•Venue and Accommodation

3. The Event manager will Pay Php. 15,000.00 for the package of the following for
Catering, decoration, utilities and waste management, security and also the venue
and accommodation. The amount will be given 1 week before the event and the
remaining balance will be completely paid at the end of the event.

6. If the client cancels within 1 month of the event they will be refunded 50% of the
original fee. If the Host cancels within 14 days of the event they will receive 10%, and
after 7 days no refund will be given.
7. If the Planner cancels, he will either provide a substitute planner or refund the full
fee, minus the cost of non-refundable deposits.

to engage the services of the Planner for theLiza Reyes 18th Birthday event on April 18, 2018
at Costa Del Sol. Both parties agree to abide by the following conditions:
