Overview--LMT Data Configuration Mode
 On-line configuration
 This mode is to configure the ZDB of the B8200 directly. The data configured
on the line take effect immediately. To configure on the line, modify the
contents in the C:\ump file first, to set the IP address as the IP address of the
debugging network interface on the CC board of the B8200. Then, run the
LMT. The CC board is defaulted before delivery.
 Off-line configuration
 This mode is to modify the configurations on the client. The configurations are
saved into the designated directory in the mode of the XML file. In the off-line
configuration, the LMT is not connected to the B8200 and the operation does
not affect the running of the B8200. The off-line configuration mode is used
when there is no ump file under the root directory of the Disc C. One local
configuration file is required for the off-line configuration.
