    Angelica Simbahan. The victim finally revealed the whole story
    to his mother after multiple abused did by the suspect. The
    complainant immediately reported the said incident to the

     WHY DID THE SUSPECT DO IT:
    The suspect had the opportunities to do the
    crime, because the parent of the victim
    trusted him to take care of her daughter while
    she was in the market.
    HOW
     HOW THE CRIME COMMITTED: The suspect did a multiple
    sexual abused to victim while her mother was in the market.

     HOW THE WITNESS SAW THE SUSPECT IN THE CRIME SCENE:


    While the witness was washing their dishes, she heard her
    sister room’s door suddenly open and which on the same
    state a man named Cristan Endaya breathing hardly and
    suddenly ran away from her sister’s room.

     HOW WAS THE SUSPECT ARRESTED: After receiving warrant


    of arrest from the RTC branch 213, Mandaluyong City Police
    Station lead by Patrolman Ronnel Balla conducted the arrest
    that eventually resulted to the apprehension of Cristan
    Endaya.
