THIS AGREEMENT, made this 27th of February, 2021 and between The Wanabee hereafter referred to us: The Charity and Gift Giving Event
Planner and the client Hon. Ramil “RBR” Rivera.

WITNESSETH: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreement herein contained, “Proyektong Pangkalusugan para sa Kabyaweño”
Charity and Gift Giving Event.

THE EVENT PLANNER”S RESPONSIBILITIES:


 Use of Funds - all funds received by The Wanabee will be used for the event.
 Reporting - an overall update detailing the spending of The Wanabee provided the funds into the materials needed in the Charity and Gift
Giving Event.
 Directing services and personal management on the entire Charity and Gift Giving Event.
 Provision of complete emergency kit.
 Implementing safety and health protocols.

THIS AGREEMENT will serve as the contract for the services that will be provided by the supplier for the upcoming event, this contact is made
as of 27th of February, 2021 between The Wanabee and Mel’s Catering Services located at Purok 1, Sta. Rita, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija will be there
to serve this event and will not take any cancellations of the contact one week before the event, the supplier and The Wanabee will be binded by
this contract as both parties.

WHEREAS, the company is organizing a Charity and Gift Giving Event to be held on or about 26 th day of March, 2021 in Freddie Webb
Gymnasium.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


 In this contract, The Wanabee and their affiliates will not held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen, or damaged merchandise and
equipment.
 The supplier is bound to serve the event when the contract is already agreed.
 Both parties must be informed in any emergency situation/problems one week before the event.
