    worker picks, on average, 180 kg of apples per hour for a 40-hour workweek, what are
    the worker’s gross earnings for the week?

    has three components: a $2500 base salary, plus 2% of the amount by which the store’s
    total sales volume for the month exceeds $40,000, plus 8% of the amount by which his

    his sales totalled $9900 and other staff had sales amounting to $109,260.
