RULES
A coin is tossed. The team that wins the
toss picks which goal to attack during the first
half of the match.
The other team gets the kick-off to start
the match.
In the second half the teams change ends
and attack the opposite goals. The team that
won the toss takes the kick-off to start the
second half of the match.
At the kick-off, the ball must be stationary
on the center mark.
All players must be at the their own half of
the field.
RULES
The opponents of the team taking the kick-
off should stay at least 3m away from the ball
until it is played.
The referee gives the signal to start the
game and the ball is in play when it is kicked
and moves.
The player who the took the kick-off must
not touch the ball again until it is touched by
another player.
A kick-off is taken at the start of the match,
after a goal is scored, at the start of the second
half of the match and at the start of each extra
time.

play is restarted by a kick-in.
The kick-in is awarded to the opponents of the
player who last touches the ball when the whole of
the ball crosses the touch line, either on the
ground or in air, or touches the ceiling of the hall

A goal clearance is awarded when the whole of the
ball passes over the goal line, either on the ground
or in the air, having last touched a player of the
attacking team.
During the goal clearance the ball thrown by
