Russian novelist regarded as one of the greatest of all time.
Known as a great realistic writer of world literature.
His famous works are:

The Three Questions

The title "three question“ is an appropriate title with a note of suspense and
clear applicability to them. The story is about the three questions that troubled a
certain Tsar's mind. The Tsar was intelligent an honest. He was haunted with
the three issue that a good and intelligent rule must solve firmly.
Exposition

The emperor needed to know the three answers


to the questions.
Rising Action

He got many men to try to give him the


right answers, but they didn't.
Climax

When the hermit and the king saw the


bearded man bleeding and the king
ran to help.
Falling Action

The king took care of the man and they fell


asleep.
Resolution

The hermit answered his questions


Characters
The Emperor
Someone who is unyielding to solve problems, humble and kind. It is
shown in the story that he did in the royal decree to climb the hill to meet
the hermit. He also costumed him cloth like a farmer
The Hermit
Someone who is wise, mysterious. He means to give an answer very reality
but he give an answer with him own way
The Sworn Enemy
A man who was seriously injured on horseback. Initially it wants to kill the
emperor but described in the story he was one who admitted his guilt.
