TITLE: A SHORTAGE IN THE NUMBER OF NURSES- A CASE STUDY FROM A SELECTED REGION
IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND INTERNATIONAL CONTEXT
A. Explain the research initiatives and purpose for global health.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the situation regarding the nursing shortage in the
Hradec Kralove region in the Cech Republic as well as in the whole country also to analyze
the strategies and policies not only in regards to Cech republic but in the international
context as well.
B. What can it contribute to the society?
It encouraged the schools and ministries to focus on and invest in the promotion of this
profession, so as to play a key role in recruiting new students for the nursing field of study at
a time when the nursing profession is perceived positively.
c. What nations can benefit from this research and why?
All nations who are experiencing nursing shortage.
Because this research present that said issue is not a myth that needs
an urgent action and explore healthcare leaders use to overcome a
nursing shortage.
Strategy can we benchmark from other countries like
USA , Switzerland, ASEAN region and united kingdom to
help our own country in improving our health care system

VACCINATION OF 5-11 YEARS OLD IN DIVILACAN
RATIONALE:
The COVID 19 vaccine for children help them to avoid getting seriously sick even if
they do get COVID 19, help them safely attend face to face classes and activities.
Objectives:
To mobilize all Barangay officials to participate in the vaccination of 5-11 years old.
To achieve the 60% of 809 children (5-11 years old) target within 1 month.
Target:
All eligible individuals ages 5-11 years old.

Strategy:
All eligible individual ages 5-11 years old will be listed and counted per
Barangay
Intensify Information Education Campaign (IEC) regarding the COVID 19
vaccines.
House to house visit
Barangay with the highest number of vaccinees will receive an incentive.

Dimapula Community Center
Barangay Health Stations

February 14-March 14, 2022
