The yesteryear Indian legends beat Pakistan ex-players by five wickets in the inaugural edition of the World Championship of Legends on Saturday in Birmingham.

After finishing fourth in the league stage and making it to the knockout stage by the skin of its teeth, Team India managed to beat Australia in the semis before convincingly thrashing their arch-rivals in the final.

Batting first on Saturday, the Pakistani batters managed to put up a modest total of 156 for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs.

In response, India chased down the total in the final by riding on Ambati Rayudu's brilliant half-century.
