On Friday night, Caitlin Clark and the Fever will take on the Mercury for the second time this season.

The teams previously met in late June, with Indiana getting an 88-82 win on the road. Clark nearly notched a triple-double in the victory, totaling 15 points, 12 assists and nine rebounds. Brittney Griner scored a team-high 24 points for Phoenix, and Diana Taurasi had 19 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Unfortunately for the Mercury, Taurasi won't be available to play on Friday, as she is dealing with a left lower leg injury. That means Griner, Kahleah Copper and Natasha Cloud will have to step up in order to extend Phoenix's winning streak.
