Post-summer tiered depth charts

I know fan posts have been relegated to the anus of SBNation, but I like to organize my thoughts on the pool like this from time to time, so I'll do it anyways. I will give my opinion of first, 2nd 3rd, etc, but if they are in the same tier it means it really comes down to preference and form. I have 4 tiers:

Tier 1: Bona fide difference maker for the USMNT.

Tier 2: Proven useful A team option with both club and country performances

Tier 3: I'd be nervous if we had to rely on this person for a tournament right now.

Tier 4: US players with some utility, but either clearly limited vets or severely unproven (at club and country) younger players

Anything below tier 4 I consider off my radar for anything other than camp cupcakes. I will list players at multiple positions, but I'm not gonna get too crazy with putting players out of position.

Striker:

Tier 1:

1. Balogun

Tier 2A:

2. Pepi

3. Sargent

Tier 2.5B:

4. Ferreira

I created 2.5B because while I think Ferreira is about as talented a player as Pepi and Sargent, he doesn't fit as well as they do as a striker with our best players. That said, if I was in charge I would bring him as utility attacker over the loser of the 2nd striker spot between Pepi/Sarge because of the different profile and versatility he can bring off the bench.
