Chris Canter, a candidate for the southeast county District 1 seat, and Rebecca Thompson, a candidate for the southwest county District 2 seat, faced questions about whether they were campaigning during times they were supposed to be working. Both deny wrongdoing, but both said the allegations created major challenges with their jobs.
