Man shot dead on Syracuse’s North Side identified

Syracuse, N.Y. — Police have released the name of the man who was killed Tuesday afternoon in a shooting on Syracuse’s North Side.

Gregory Ramos-Falcon, 36, was shot around 1:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Steuben Street on Wednesday, police said.

He was taken to a hospital where he later died.

Ramos-Falcon was shot at least twice, police said.
