Rochester, N.Y. — When Sue Ludwig decided to retire as a Syracuse women’s basketball assistant coach, it offered Felisha Legette-Jack a chance to move the pieces and responsibilities of her remaining assistants and to add another coach to her staff.

On June 24, SU announced Ludwig’s retirement and revealed it had promoted Kristen Sharkey to associate head coach, Kyreed Carter to its lead recruiter position and added veteran coach Ty Evans to the staff.
