The Taxpayer Advocate Service is committed to making sure its web content is in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Although our goal is WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance at a minimum, we have also applied some Level AAA Success Criteria.  Our website’s compliance with the WCAG Success Criteria only deviates where applicable under the guidelines provided by the U.S. Access Board for Information and Communication Technology.
