Equipping Educators

Educators have a significant impact on the success of young girls* – particularly youth of color. With the power to disrupt inequitable systems and pave the way for the next generation of STEM leaders, our equity curriculum and training equips educators to create an inclusive, safe space where girls* gain a sense of belonging, build their knowledge, and can bring their whole selves to STEM exploration.

Equipping STEM Champions

Through our professional development, we also help organizations, companies, and professionals who want to learn and grow their STEM equity efforts. We support those who work with youth, administrators, and colleagues and have the ability to influence and accelerate girls’ STEM aspirations, creating a more just STEM pathway for BIPOC girls* from marginalized communities.

Techbridge Girls (TBG) serves Black, Indigenous, and all girls of color, which includes cis girls, trans youth, gender non-conforming, and/or non-binary youth who experience(d) girlhood and economic insecurity as a part of their journey.
