Metro police on Wednesday announced they had arrested a second person in connection to last month's killing of a 19-year-old man in Nashville public housing.

A third man tuned himself in Wednesday evening.

Antwain Kelly, 26, was taken into custody Tuesday night on South Sixth Street on a grand jury indictment charging him with first-degree murder in the Nov. 3 shooting death of Quincy Brown, 19.

Robert D. Howard

Robert Howard, 18, surrendered at the East Precinct later in the day and was charged with the related first-degree murder indictment.

The shooting, police said, took place in the 600 block of Dew Street in the James Cayce public housing complex.

Dejuan A. Bell, 26, was charged with criminal homicide in this case on Nov. 14th.

According to a preliminary investigation by detectives, Bell and Brown argued on South Sixth Street a short time prior to the shooting and then went their separate ways.

Brown was shot as he and another man rode a scooter onto Dew Street from South Seventh Street. Police said Bell and Kelly fired guns and that Howard is suspected of being with them.
