The Berkeley Rooftop Bar
The arrival of Berkeley Summertime sees the return of London’s coolest hotspot, The Berkeley Rooftop Bar, this year given a fiesta-inspired twist with tacos, tequila and a side of skyline views.
As the sun begins to go down, take it up to our rooftop – past Chiara Perano’s blue-toned mural and out to sweeping panoramas across Hyde Park, Belgravia and beyond. Settle in at one of the poolside tables or stretch out on the statement striped loungers, and soak up the spirit of the season while taking in unrivalled views across the city.
Mexican-inspired menus bring sun-drenched flavours to the fore. A trio of tacos comes topped with smoked salt marsh lamb and saffron aioli, barbeque jack fruit, coconut and coriander cream, and a gently spiced Dover Sole. Meanwhile, tequila cocktails put a Patrón-inspired spin on classic pours – from the tropical Tequila Colada to the refreshing Hyde Park Spritz, made for summer sipping and rooftop reunions with friends.

Tacos & Tequila
Dusk adds a dash of Mexican spirit to the Rooftop Bar – open to guests, neighbours and friends from 7.30pm. Cocktails put Patrón’s finest in the frame, from the Knutarita, an aromatic take on the classic margarita, to the watermelon notes of the Frozen Paloma. Snacks see smashed avocado served with chilli, tomato and coriander for make-your-own guacamole, while ‘Taco Tuesday’ brings fresh inspiration to the table each week.
Poolside Paradise: Alfresco Fare At The Berkeley Rooftop
While away the ultimate pool day at The Berkeley, with cocktails and small plates. Seasonal picks for poolside dining include a perfectly seared Angus beef fillet with artichoke pesto, Dorset crab salad and melt-in-the-mouth burratina with heritage tomato. Summer-ready Margaritas, Mai Tais and Mojitos complete the picture.
