The pop singer was recently arrested for a DWI on June 17 but has faced quite a few other scandals over the years.

The father-of-two is currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which could be derailed because of court dates due to his recent arrest.
He has released six solo studio albums, been on five headlining tours, acted in many films, and won awards, but the scandals seem to follow him.
After leaving *NSYNC in 2002, Justin ventured into his own lane and left the good boy persona behind.

Justin married Jessica Biel in 2012 after they had broken up the year prior.

BREAKING UP *NSYNC

After three studio albums and being in the biggest boy band in the world, Justin wanted to leave *NSYNC and go solo.
They announced their hiatus in 2002, the same year Justin released his first solo album, Justified.

"The break we’re on was a conscious move. We all wanted to do it, and we were ready to do it. Performing at stadiums every night for 50,000 fans takes a little out of you," he told the NY Post at the time.
“I was 14 when we started, and we’ve been touring for the last seven years. The time was right; we were all in the same zone.”

Justin embarked on his own tour and career and officially announced in 2004 that he left the band.
With one of the lead singers of the band leaving, *NSYNC disbanded.

In 2014, Jessica became pregnant with their first child.

Justin and Britney Spears were the talk of the town when they dated from 1999 to 2002.
But, years later, it was revealed that they didn't have the fairytale relationship everyone thought they did.
In Britney's 2023 memoir, The Woman in Me, she recounted how she knew the singer had cheated on her.
“There were a couple of times during our relationship when I knew Justin had cheated on me. Especially because I was so infatuated and so in love, I let it go, even though the tabloids seemed determined to rub my face in it," she said.
She said that she didn't say anything when photos of Justin and a girl from the group, All Saints, in a car together, emerged.
"There were rumors about him with various dancers and groupies. I let it all go, but clearly, he’d slept around," Britney wrote.
“It was one of those things where you know but you just don’t say anything.”
However, Britney admitted that she had cheated too.
'FORCED' BRITNEY TO GET AN ABORTION

To make their relationship even more bumpy, Britney also revealed in her book that Justin "forced" her to have an abortion when she became pregnant with their baby.
"It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated," she wrote.
“But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.
"If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father," she continued.
“To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life," Britney said of getting the abortion.
Britney, 42, has two children - Season 18, and Jayden, 17 - with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

Just a few years later, Justin was caught in another controversy.
At the Super Bowl XXXVIII Halftime Show in 2004, he performed with Janet Jackson.
Justin sang his song Rock Your Body from his debut solo album, Justified.
One of the lyrics in that song is "gonna have ya naked by the end of this song."
So, when he sang those lyrics, Justin ripped Janet's shirt and exposed her bare breast.
Janet had a pasty on, which led many people to believe that it was planned.
However, Janet's fans seemed to blame Justin for it.
In 2021, Justin apologized to both Janet and Britney.
“I specifically want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson both individually, because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed," his statement read.
The Instagram post has since been deleted.

In 2019, Justin was caught holding hands with one of his Palmer co-stars while married to Jessica.
Alisha Wainwright touched his knee as they drank at a bar in New Orleans.
Sources said that Justin appeared to be drinking heavily and was unsteady on his feet.
Another said that "they were smiling and laughing."
"At one stage he grabbed her hand and rested it on his knee. She then gently started stroking his leg.
“Then he clutched her hand with both of his and was playing with her hands," they said.
Justin was also seen without his wedding ring that night.

JUSTIN'S DWI AND ARREST

On June 18, Justin was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
The incident happened in Sag Harbor, New York, on Monday night.
Justin was seen leaving the police station in the Hamptons with his lawyer after being held overnight for morning arraignment.
He kept his head down and cut a casual figure wearing a hat, sunglasses, jeans, a graphic tee, and a black overshirt.
The singer was released without bail on his own recognizance.
Justin was charged with one count of DWI.
His criminal defense lawyer, Ed Burke, said he was charged with a single count because he refused to take a breathalyzer test.
The singer was also cited for running a stop sign and failing to keep in his own lane while operating a 2025 gray BMW UT and was pulled over on Madison Street.
Cops said that Justin's breath smelled like alcohol.

Justin's attorney has represented a gamut of notable names out east.
In 2015, the attorney represented a pre #MeToo era Matt Lauer in his fight with his Water Mill neighbors to plant trees along his property in an effort to combat noise from adjoining properties that were spooking his horses.
In 2017, Ed represented Harvey Weinstein in a fender bender incident in a parking lot in the Hamptons, where the disgraced movie mogul allegedly tried to drive away.
In 2001, he represented Lizzie Grubman, a nightlife publicist whose car careened into a crowd of 16 people in front of a Hamptons club, before fleeing the scene.
He had glassy eyes, slow speech, was unsteady on his feet, and performed poorly on all standardized build-to-variety tests.
Reportedly, Justin told cops that he only had one martini and was following friends home.
However, one source told The New York Post that Justin was "wasted" and drank someone else's drink when they got up to use the bathroom.

His mugshot was later released that day and the actor appeared to have bloodshot eyes.
