Zac Efron fans think the actor looks ‘different’ in new Netflix movie and ask ‘what happened to your face?’
Zac has changed in more ways than one and previously explained several reasons for his transformation
ZAC Efron has stunned fans with his seemingly changed looks in a new video, and many questioned what had happened to his face.
The actor shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram from his new Netflix film, A Family Affair, which premiered on Friday.

In the clip, Zac, 36, recorded his co-star Joey King, 24, filming a silly scene in the comedy, in which she chokes on a grape, runs into the door frame, and passes out.
Immediately after the scene ended, Zac turned the camera around to show him and his other co-star Nicole Kidman, 56, hysterically laughing and praising their colleague for performing the stunt herself.
He then turned the lens back toward Joey, who walked toward them, also laughing at the moment.
However, some fans were more focused on Zac's appearance in the clip, which they shared in the comments.

"What happened to your face, Zac?" one person asked.
"Plastic surgery and aging ... oh but smoking probably. They can’t fool us," someone else suggested.
Others jumped in to defend the Hairspray star, noting that he underwent surgery after suffering a nasty fall years earlier.
In an October 2022 cover story for Men’s Health, Zac revealed he shattered his jaw while running in his Los Angeles, California, mansion with socks on.

Zac shared that the masseter muscles inside his face and jaw "compensated" for his injury and caused them to grow in size.
"The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big," the 17 Again star told the outlet about why his jaw looked larger than usual.
Zac previously denied he had any plastic surgery after social media trolls repeatedly brought up his seemingly altered looks.
In December, the Neighbors star again stirred chatter about his appearance while promoting his film The Iron Claw on Today.

Zac, who sat alongside his co-star Jeremy Allen White, sported sunglasses for the interview, which took place indoors.
Before speculation could ensue, Zac confessed that he put on the shades because he had an eye infection.
Zac and his co-stars underwent drastic body transformations for the wrestling biopic, in which he bulked up considerably to portray WWE star Kevin von Erich.

This also affected the appearance of his face, sparking more buzz surrounding his shocking makeover.
The Ricky Stanicky star credited his muscular physique to abandoning veganism, and he started intermittent fasting.
"I started intermittent fasting just after I stopped being vegan," Zac told Men's Health.

"My body wasn’t processing the vegetables in the right way. So, I decided to stop it and try something new," he exclaimed.
"Intermittent fasting has been really helpful with that."
