As of November 2023, Jana Kramer has three children.
She and her ex-husband Mike Caussin share two children — a daughter named Jolie Rae, and a son named Jace Joseph.
Prior to having her first child, Kramer and Caussin struggled with conceiving and turned to IVF.
Kramer suffered from a chemical miscarriage early into her pregnancy but was able to conceive naturally resulting in the birth of her first child.

When Kramer and Caussin decided to try for a second child, Kramer sadly suffered multiple miscarriages.
Kramer opened up about her three miscarriages in 2018 after the announcement that she was pregnant with their second child.
In a tearful video, she said she wanted to help others who have faced the same loss.
“It’s sad because when you find out you’re pregnant it’s so exciting and you want to shout it and tell everybody, but you don’t because of stuff like this. Instead, you’re left alone with this feeling of being so alone,” Kramer said.

On Monday, November 13, 2023, Kramer gave birth to a son named Roman James with her fiancé, Allan Russell.
"We feel blessed to have been given the chance to create something so special together," the couple told PEOPLE.
"The name Roman really isn't inspired by anyone, it's just a strong name that we both love, but James (his middle name) was both of our Grandpa's names, so that was a nod to them."
Kramer then took to Instagram to share the news with a sweet picture of her newborn.
She captioned the post: "Welcome to the world sweet Roman James Russell. Blessed beyond measure for this little miracle. 11.13.2023. 6lbs 1oz."

On May 25, 2023, Kramer announced she was engaged to Scottish soccer coach Allan Russell.
Just a month after she announced the engagement, she revealed she was pregnant with her third child.
Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Russell grew up playing soccer.
In 1999, Russell made his professional soccer debut when he joined the Hamilton Academical.
He continued playing the sport until 2014.
Now, Russell coaches soccer for the Norwich City Football Club.

Kramer met former NFL player Mike Caussin on Twitter in August of 2014 and the two were engaged four months later on Kramer’s 31st birthday.
The Jacksonville Jaguars acquired Mike Caussin as an undrafted tight end, making him a free agent when he started playing for the team in 2010.
Only a few weeks into the season, Caussin was redistributed to the practice squad on September 5, 2010, before signing with the Buffalo Bills on December 1, 2010.
He was moved to the Bill's injured reserve list on August 13, 2013, but was re-signed by the team on March 11, 2014, and moved to Washington, then known as the Washington Redskins in July 2014.
He was again placed on the injury reserved list on August 24 that year and ultimately retired in 2015 from multiple injuries including one to his hip, knee, and ACL.
The former couple got married in a private outdoor ceremony in Virginia in May 2015.
Soon after their nuptials they separated for a short time in 2016, but got back together and renewed their wedding vows in December 2017.
In August 2016, Kramer allegedly discovered Caussin was cheating on her.
