Billionaire Kylie Jenner drops $15M on five-acre vacant lot after spending $36.5M on massive new mansion
KYLIE Jenner has splashed out $15 million on a patch of barren land, days after she dropped $36.5 million on a Hornby Hills mansion.
The 22-year-old purchased the land from an unknown woman, who in 2018 purchased it from Miley Cyrus who had previously used it for her horses as part of a pastoral farm.
According to Variety, property records show it was described as a “spectacular five-acre lot” and is “one of the largest in all of Hidden Hills.”
The sale of the land also included permitted plans for an "18,000 sq. ft. monster mansion with a 12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for full-time security detail, sports court and a pool."
Kylie is also the owner of a $13.5 million Beverly Hills mansion and a second vacant piece of land in the Palm Desert resort community of La Quinta.
She spends most of her time, however, at her a $12 million mansion in Hidden Hills, which she purchased in 2016 and which was recently featured in Architectural Digest.
Previously, her most recent purchase saw the mom-of-one splash out on "one of the most private and secured properties on the market today" according to realtors.
Located just a stone's throw from the Playboy Mansion, the luxurious estate on Mapleton Drive is one of the best streets in LA's Platinum Triangle of Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills and Bel Air.
Just some of the home features include an outdoor projection screen, home theater, multiple bars and game rooms, gym and a championship level lit sports court with a basketball court.
Sitting on 0.83 acres of land, the 19,250 square foot house boasts seven bedrooms and 14 baths, two guest apartments with kitchenettes and living rooms and two additional guest suites with private patios.
There's also a chef's kitchen and even the dedicated guard house has a full bath and kitchen, according to the online listing.
