Tierra Viva, the first residential development in the South of Spain by Automobili Lamborghini and DarGlobal, has a plethora of lavish perks to show.

The development will comprise of 53 unique luxury villas in a gated neighbourhood with round-the-clock 'premium' security surveillance.

Nestled between picturesque mountains and the breathtaking Mediterranean sea, the complex offers a never-ending vista.

According to selling agent Jason Callow Homes, prices will begin at £3million, and the project is expected to be finished in June 2026.

The complex is situated in the "ultra-exclusive" neighbourhood, barely eight minutes by car from Marbella, maybe less in a Lamborghini.

Lamborghini isn't the only supercar manufacturer to venture into property with Aston Martin launching a real estate project in the Middle East.

The world-famous Al Marjan islands in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, will now be home to Aston Martin's ultra-luxury interior design thanks to the launch of The Astera.

The development will feature spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartments as well as three bedroom villas, all of which will come with the advantages of a quiet, private beach.

Residents at the new address can enjoy a number of top-notch facilities, such as a fitness centre, indoor cinema, beautiful walk-track, and infinity pool with stunning ocean views.

Aston Martin has also unveiled its first ultra-lux apartment building in Miami which has already proven a huge hit amongst buyers.
