COUNTRY singer Morgan Wallen has been arrested and charged with three felony counts after an incident at a bar on Sunday night.
The 30-year-old was detained by officers at Chief's Bar on Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee, after throwing a chair from the rooftop.
Morgan Wallen threw a chair from the rooftop of the six-story bar, according to an arrest warrant seen by local CBS affiliate WTVF.
Officers claim it landed three feet from where they were standing on the street in front of the building.
Staff from the bar told cops Wallen threw the chair, the arrest report states.
Footage showed Wallen allegedly lunging and throwing an object over the roof.

An image shared on Instagram by @itsscoopnashville showed Wallen reportedly shouting in the back of a cop car outside the Chief's joint.
"I work there and the chair damn near took out 2 cops. He threw it from the 6th floor," one Instagram user who claims to work at the bar commented.
Wallen's bond was set at $15,250 and footage shared on X, formerly Twitter, showed the star being escorted into a car following his release from the Metro Nashville Jail.
"At 10:53 pm Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities," his attorney told local Fox affiliate WZTV in a statement.
The 11-time 2023 Billboard Music Awards winner is due in court on May 3, according to the Davidson County Criminal Court website.
Wallen will return to Nashville on May 2 and 3 anyway as he is scheduled to perform at the Nissan Stadium as part of his One Night At A Time tour.
The U.S. Sun has contacted Wallen's attorney for comment.
Wallen rose to stardom after he appeared in the sixth season of The Voice, where he was eliminated during the playoffs.
He then relocated to Nashville where he briefly started a band before signing to Panacea Records in 2015 and releasing his first single.
The singer is now with Big Loud Records, where he has had huge success in the Hot Country Songs Billboard chart.
Earlier this year, he signed a global publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music.
CONTROVERSY
However, despite his success, the star has had his fair share of controversies.
In 2021, TMZ released a video from January 31 in which Wallen used a racial slur toward one of his friends after a night out, for which he later issued a statement and apologized.
Numerous streaming platforms and radio stations temporarily stopped playing his music and Big Loud indefinitely suspended its recording contract with him.
The following month, the singer filmed a video apologizing again and asking his fans not to defend his actions.
In April 2021, he donated $300,000 to the Black Music Action Coalition and later said on Good Morning America that "he was wrong" and "he was around some of his friends, and they say dumb stuff together."
He added that he did not "mean it in any derogatory manner at all."
"It’s one of my best friends — he was, we were all clearly drunk," Wallen said.
Following the incident at Chief's bar, fans have started begging for change.
"Hope Wallen learns from this incident. Reckless actions have consequences. Let's all strive for responsible behavior," one X user wrote.
"Seriously! @MorganWallen do better! You have a child for the love of God!" another said.
