Who is Drew McIntyre's wife, Kaitlyn Frohnapfel?

Kaitlyn Frohnapfel is a doctor.

She earned a medical degree from the University of Florida while competing on the school's track and field team.

She met Drew McIntyre at a bar in 2013, while Drew was grieving the loss of his mother and felt unmotivated in his WWE career.

Kaitlyn was still a student at the time and recognized him from a gym she worked at.

In McIntyre's autobiography, A Chosen Destiny: My Story, the wrestler recalls being fired by the WWE days after the couple moved in together in 2014.

Kaitlyn helped him create a Drew McIntyre 2.0 mission statement.

The plan was to return to his native United Kingdom and the independent wrestling scene, returning to WWE, and winning the World Championship.

In 2016, the two were married and McIntyre was rehired by the WWE in 2017 and he won the WWE Title at Wrestlemania 36 in 2020.

Who is Drew McIntyre?

Drew McIntyre is a professional wrestler from Ayr, Scotland. He is currently a top star in the WWE and performs on the Raw brand.

He returned to the WWE in 2017 and began performing on the promotion's main roster in 2018.

In 2020, he won the Men's Royal Rumble Match and subsequently won the WWE Title at Wrestlemania.

He is set to compete in the 2024 Men's Royal Rumble Match on January 27, 2017.

When did Drew McIntyre start wrestling?

Drew McIntyre began training as a professional wrestler when he was 15 years old.

He made his wrestling debut in 2003 with British Championship Wrestling.

From 2006 to 2007, McIntyre wrestled in the independent circuit in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

He wrestled with the WWE from 2007 until he was released in 2014.

After returning to the Indies, he worked with Total Nonstop Action from 2015 to 2017.

He debuted at Pro Wrestling Guerrilla in 2015, before making his return to the WWE in 2017.
