Mahomes, 28, aims to be the first quarterback in the modern era to win three straight Super Bowl rings.

And he's already back in the gym to get his conditioning on point for that opening drive in August.

Mahomes was joined by new Chiefs receiver Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown as the pair ran reps with fitness guru Bobby Stroupe.

Brown signed a one-year, $11 million deal as he made the switch earlier this month from the Arizona Cardinals.

His arrival gives Mahomes a reliable pair of hands at wideout after the Chiefs' receiving corps suffered a number of high-profile drops in 2023.

Mahomes uploaded a clip of his tough gym work to his 6.8 million Instagram followers.

It saw the 28-year-old pumping iron and doing intense cardio work at the Chiefs facility.

"We stay on it," wrote his fitness coach Stroupe in the comment section.

"That’s why we have the best Quarterback in the NFL.
Let’s Go Patrick," wrote a Chiefs fan.

"I’m so ready for the 3-peteeeee," added another.

"You are the greatest person to ever touch a football," said a third.

Mahomes will have Brown, speedster Rasheed Rice, and tight end star Travis Kelce in an intimidating offense for the 2024 campaign.

And Brown is confident he can make a positive impact in Kansas City as the team chase history.

"They were strong on me,' Brown told a press conference on Monday

"so it was kind of like, mutual interest. That was very appealing.

"There's weapons here and I feel like I can come in and complement the guys they have here.

"And Coach Reid? He's a mastermind. Patrick Mahomes - I'm excited to work with everyone."
