Lynch, whose real name is Rebecca Quin, has had one of the more decorated careers in WWE history and decided to share her experience in a written format.

Her book is titled "Becky Lynch: The Man: Not Your Average Average Girl," and the story was published on Tuesday.

The autobiography details her youth and when she discovered her love for wrestling while showcasing her time in the WWE's developmental NXT program.

The book also shares a behind-the-scenes look at her exchanges with her peers and how she met her husband, WWE superstar Seth Rollins.

However, writing the book wasn't easy, as Lynch revealed in an interview with Busted Open Radio, recalling the trouble she ran into during the creation.

She explained she decided to take a yearlong book writing course in 2022, which helped.

"I hadn't actually read [the memorir]; I'd just kind of written it through until I was like, 'Okay, here's the end of the book,'" Lynch said.

"And then my editor came back with notes and I was like 'Oh, I hate this book. Oh, I hate this. I'm rewriting the whole book.'"

"And so then, on my 'NXT' run, when I was champion there, I rewrote the whole book on backstage, live events, TV, and red eyes in hotel rooms."

"I just rewrote the whole thing and got it to a point where I was really happy with it."

Lynch also expressed that this process and new career venture taught her principles she can apply to the wrestling ring.

"I think with wrestling, we constantly have deadlines," she said.

"You might not have a match in place, you might not have a promo in place, but you're gonna go live in a few minutes or a few hours, and you have to have something."

"You're not going to go out to the ring and do nothing. So I like those deadlines, I like working under pressure."

Lynch has achieved the biggest feats in the WWE

She was the first woman to main-event a Wrestlemania, taking home both the Raw and Smackdown Women's Championships at Wrestlemania 35 in 2019.

She is a seven-time Women's Champion, one-time Women's Tag Team Champion, Royal Rumble winner, and two-time Female Superstar Of The Year winner.
