Paul Pierce claims Bronny James should enter NBA Draft this year and proposes bold trade to give Lakers ‘a shake up’
UNDISPUTED host and NBA legend Paul Pierce thinks Bronny James will be a hot commodity in the draft this year.
In what is unquestionably one of the weakest drafts in recent memory, Pierce thinks NBA teams will try to use Bronny as a tactic to lure LeBron James to their teams.
Bronny spent a year at USC and originally entered his name in the transfer portal before deciding to enter the NBA draft.
Pierce said James wants to end his career playing with his son, and teams like the Lakers could use that to their advantage.
"This is the weakest draft class known in my lifetime. This is the perfect opportunity to do this," Pierce said.
"There's no impact players out there that's gonna change a team's fortune right now. There's no player that's gonna make a difference next year.

"This is a great opportunity for him to come out, whether he gets drafted or be a free agent. Play with the Lakers one year, he can go to Cleveland they have a draft pick in the 20s."
NBA fans weren't completely on board with Pierce's plan, saying Bronny isn't ready for the NBA even in a weak draft class.
"Nobody cares. The NBA is a joke of its former self," one fan said.
"Reporters say he is not ready, i understand that father wants to play with son, that is a thrill for sure, and i get it, but say what it is, dont pretend the kid is fully ready," another fan said.

"The reason everyone has stop watching is because of pierce!! No matter if it's on the radio or TV as soon as this dude comes on I'm changing it!" a third fan said.
"Intriguing While the draft class may be weaker, Bronny's development will be key. Exciting to see what he decides!" a fourth fan said.
Bronny didn't do much in the 2023 season, only averaging 4.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game on 36.6 percent shooting.
He didn't get to play the entire season though, as he came back to the team late after suffering a cardiac episode during practice before the season.
Bronny is fully healthy now, and could elevate his game by playing alongside his father in the NBA.
Come draft day on June 26, Bronny will likely find himself on an NBA roster whether it be through the draft or free agency.
