Tyreek Hill reveals brutal take-down Mike McDaniel made about Dolphins WR in front of teammates after Chiefs game
MIAMI Dolphins star Tyreek Hill has revealed Mike McDaniel called him out after the playoff defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs in January.
The all-conquering Chiefs claimed a comfortable win on their way to Super Bowl glory.
Wide receiver Hill had five catches for 62 yards and a touchdown in the game.
However, he angered McDaniel after then Chiefs cornerback L'Jarius Sneed knocked him to the ground on one play.
Hill told the story of what happened after the game on the "Million Dollaz Worth Of Game" podcast.
"The play against Sneed. The Chiefs, everybody sees this play against the Chiefs," he said.

"When the motherf***er slammed me to the floor? He called me out.
"He was like, ''Reek, bro you're supposed to be the f*****g best player in the f*****g league, and you got this guy putting hands all over you like that. We pay you all this money for what?'"
Those remarks came in front of teammates and may have adversely affected some athletes.
Hill insists he welcomed it however, and believes it will drive him forward.

"For me, I love s**t like that. I’m gonna take that s**t to heart and I’m gonna get better from it," he said.
"That’ll never happen again to me in my life, man.
"You feel me? If a motherf****r cannot hold me accountable, I feel like I’m not gonna be able to get better, you know what I’m saying?
"Like, obviously, the coaches can bypass that, you know what I’m saying, and just be like, ‘Ah, he’ll get better from it.’
"But if he’s not saying nothing, like the other guys in the locker room, they’re gonna look at it as, ‘Oh, if Reek can do it, I can do it.’ And that’s not getting the team better."
Hill spent the first six seasons of his pro football career with the Chiefs, before joining the Dolphins in 2022.

The 30-year-old had 119 catches for 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns in the regular season.
The Dolphins really impressed at times during the campaign and finished 11-6, for second place in the AFC East.
It was a first doube-digit total for the team since 2020.
But it was always going to be a tough task going to Arrowhead to play Andy Reid's team in January.

The Chiefs were in charge of the Wild Card game throughout, winning 26-7.
They went on to win a third Super Bowl in five seasons, beating the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas.
