BRONNY James' agent Rich Paul has told NBA teams his client won't be signing a two-year contract.

Many second-round NBA draft picks ink two-way deals, allowing them to play both in the Association and in the G League.

There are restrictions placed on two-way players, though.

Those can be active for up to 50 NBA games only during the regular season.

Also, they aren't allowed to play in the postseason unless offered a regular NBA contract beforehand.

And Paul, 42, who also represents LeBron James, said that Bronny, 19, wouldn't be signing a two-year deal after the 2024 draft.

"Yes, that's absolutely true," the Klutch Sports boss told NBA insider Chris Haynes.

"Teams know that. I'm not doing that."

Paul added he isn't concerned by Bronny's draft projections.

Most mock drafts have listed the former University of Southern California guard as a late second-round pick at best.

"Bronny's range has been all over," Paul said.

"Some teams think he goes 20 to 40, some say 30-50, and some teams think he'll go undrafted.

"It just takes one team. This is something I do every year during the draft process.

"This is not Bronny-centric. He's a part of our draft class.

"I have to try to help find the right fit for all my guys as well as the right deal. So that's how I'm looking at it."

Reports claim Bronny could bag at least 10 predraft workouts with NBA teams.

The 6-foot-2 guard is said to have received invites from the Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Lakers.

The Lakers are the rumored favorites to draft Bronny at No. 55 overall in an effort to re-sign LeBron, 39, who's been open about his desire to play with his son in the NBA.

Paul said he didn't mind the four-time NBA champion publically talking about teaming up with Bronny.

"If he wants to play with his son, that's that," the superagent said.

"But again, I have a job to do representing Bronny and LeBron.

"LeBron's season's over. I'm focused on Bronny and the rest of our draft class.

"If it aligns where he can play with his dad, great. Am I necessarily focused on that? No, not at all.

"I'm focused on a team-plan investment and a seriousness as it pertains to fit and opportunity."
