Adams revealed during her FanDuel show that she and her producers met before the program.

They had a knockout game during the meeting to determine who had the best weekend.

But shortly after the members revealed what they did last weekend, a huge NFL extension occurred.

"20 seconds in and Justin Jefferson just got a $35 million a year contract," Adams said.

"Boom!

"Winner of the weekend!"

Adams referred to Jefferson signing a four-year, $140 million contract extension, including $110 million guaranteed on Monday morning.

She also called the Vikings and the team's general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah winners as well for getting the deal done.

Jefferson's deal makes him the highest-paid non-quarterback in the history of the NFL.

He'll be receiving $35 million per season.

The 24-year-old Jefferson is just one of five players ever with 5,000-plus receiving yards in his first four seasons.

His 98.3 receiving yards per game is currently the most in NFL history.

Jefferson's best campaign came in 2022 when he led the league in receptions (128) and receiving yards (1,809), winning the AP's Offensive Player of the Year award and earning his first All-Pro honor.

The 2020 first-round pick will enter 2024 with a new quarterback.
