The news about head coach Cheryl Reeve and the basketball selection committee's decision to leave out Clark was leaked by The Athletic on Saturday.

The decision has led to uproar from WNBA and college basketball fans as Clark also had a record-breaking season with the Iowa Hawkeyes.

The Indiana Fever Clark responded to the rumors and shared that she's up for the challenge of making the next Team USA group.

"Honestly, no disappointment," she said on Sunday.
