Russo's "A-List" began with Don Nelson scoring in Game 7 of the 1969 NBA Finals for the Boston Celtics against the Los Angeles Lakers.

"Oh my God," exclaimed Smith, while Qerim chimed in with a sarcastic comment about loving the game.

At number four, Russo went with another Finals score - specifically, Kyrie Irving's three-pointer against the Golden State Warriors for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016.

Magic Johnson made the list at three with his "magic hook" for the Lakers against Boston in Game 4 of the 1987 Finals.

Russo's attention turned to college basketball at two, with Lorenzo Charles' dunk for NC State in 1983 to beat Houston to the Championship.

Taking the top spot was none other than Michael Jordan, during his days with North Carolina.

The shot in question was Jordan's score against Georgetown in 1982, which helped announce the future NBA legend on a national scale as the Tar Heels won the Championship.

Russo closed out the segment by claiming he didn't believe "there's even a debate" about his choices.

Viewers, however, felt very differently as they flooded to X to critique Russo's list.

"This list is so old I call it sir," one joked.

"Terrible lol," said a second.

"Mad Dog always stirring people up," replied a third.

While others questioned why Ray Allen's last-gasp three to tie Game 6 of the NBA Final for the Miami Heat against the San Antonio Spurs in 2013 wasn't included.

Miami would go on to win the series 4-3.

"Mad Dog is a dinosaur. How can you leave out Ray Allen's 3 against the Spur and put Don Nelson's shot up there?" one commented.

As another added, "Not including Ray Allen's 3 is disrespectful.

"I'm sure I'm not the only one who immediately thought of that shot when seeing this list."

Another shot that controversially missed the cut, as far as fans were concerned, was Kris Jenkins' game-winning shot for Villanova against North Carolina in 2016.

While Christian Laettner's game-winner for Duke against Kentucky during March Madness in 1992 was also given a shoutout.
