HERE’S one shot Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will not be too proud of — a snap showing him with his crashed Lamborghini.
The Gunner, 30, stood next to the crumpled bonnet of his £270,000 silver Aventador after a prang with a Mercedes on the M25 near Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
Aubameyang, on £200,000 a week, was heading home from training on Friday.
No one was thought to be hurt following the crash.
An onlooker said: “It was rush-hour so cars were not going fast and travelling around them.”
The £56million striker played in yesterday’s 2-0 Premier League defeat at Leicester.
The Gabon international - who had his motor wrapped in chrome gold in November - is no stranger to showing off his cars on social media.
Aubameyang is known to be a huge fan of supercars, and is the proud owner of a £1million Ferrarri - just one of 499 ever made.
He also has a Range Rover Sport Mansor, Porsche Panamera Turbo Techart and an Aston Martin D89 Volante 2 in his ever-growing car collection.
Even before Friday's crash, Aubameyang was dumped in hot water due to his love of cars - having received six points on his license in September for going 99mph on the M1.
MORE ARSENAL STORIES
Just last month, Arsenal fans gathered around Aubameyang's Lamborghini to hurl abuse his way following the horror 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.
The game also saw former club captain Granit Xhaka booed as he was substituted - with Auba himself taking over as skipper.
The Arsenal striker is not the only Premier League star to be involved in a car crash recently either, after Sergio Aguero wrecked his £150,000 Range Rover on his way to Manchester City training.
