CONOR MCGREGOR reignited his war of words with Khabib Nurmagomedov as he gloated over the UFC lightweight champion’s cousin tapping out.

He lost via first-round submission to David Zawada on the preliminary portion of UFC Moscow.

And moments after his defeat, McGregor went on a Twitter spree as he fired a number of insults directed as Abubakar and Khabib, who was in Abubakar’s corner.

Notorious wrote: “Hahahah s***ebags.

“He tapped his forehead. If you can tap his forehead. You can punch his forehead. He quit. 1 quitter exposed.”

The bad blood between McGregor and Khabib is still showing no signs of coming to an end soon following their explosive clash last October.

Nurmagomedov forced the Irishman to tap out in the fourth round, with the Dagestani fighting then leaping from the Octagon after the bout to attack McGregor’s cornerman Dillon Danis.

Notorious then became embroiled in an physical altercation in the cage with several members of his foe’s team – including Abubakar.
