Aerial images late in 2021 of the waterfront plot on the exclusive Indian Creek Island showed the multi-million dollar eco-friendly estate in the early stages of construction.

And exclusive new photos from September last year show the progress that's been made on his plot.

The NFL superstar, 45, gave a tearful farewell to the sport after 23 seasons on February 1.

Brady and Gisele Bundchen announced their divorce in October after reports of a strain on their marriage.

Brady and Gisele bought the Miami plot for $17million in 2020, according to reports.

It's likely to include a main house, pool house, and guest quarters.

The architects have already worked with other A-listers including Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer Lawrence, and Kris Jenner.

Gisele has bought a mansion of her own in the same area as Brady's Miami bunker.

Brady and his family previously lived in Brentwood, California before selling the home to Dr Dre for $40million.

They've also owned properties in New York City and Massachusetts.

In recent years, the couple has been renting New York Yankees Hall of Famer Derek Jeter's Tampa Bay home.

The quarterback made the move from Boston to Florida, renting the stunning seven-bedroom property worth $29million.

The luxury Tampa property boasts a six-car garage, two boat lifts, and nearly 9,000 square feet of outdoor space.

It also features an 80-foot-long saltwater lap pool with a heated spa and is surrounded by a six-foot-tall privacy wall that residents in the area reportedly dubbed “The Great Wall of Jeter.”

Brady led the Bucs to a Super Bowl victory in 2021, marking his seventh time winning the championship game - more than any other player in NFL history.
